Kobe and Wade are equal *facepalm*
Kobe has always been surrounded with good players while Wade always had a D-League team around him and always guided them to the playoffs. While Kobe when he didn't have good players around him Kobe barley got to the playoff or didn't make the playoffs. He even bitched and whined and wanted out of LA until Pau came to the rescue. Kobe is good and all but Wade and Kobe are tied.

lulz so I guess MJ was just as good as the next SG since he never accomplished anything till he had Pippen with him? I'm not saying it like that. Kobe is still one of the greats all time and same with MJ one of the best of all time. But as of now Wade and Kobe are tied. If you put Wade surrounded with the talent Kobe had around him Wade could have easily been a accomplish player like Kobe. Both are great clutch players and play best when they have to. Kobe is all time great but right now him and Wade are tied. At this part of his career. All I'm saying.

I dont know... I have to say your nuts for having Manu over Ellis. I think Monta is a top 3 SG right now, hands down. He's one of the most aggressive players in the league. I don't even agree with Manu being in the top 5 period. Even CB4 in the top 5 PF's... man that list is kinda whack.
Top 5 PG: Williams Paul Rondo Rose Westbrook
Top 5 SG: Kobe Wade Ellis Roy Jesus
Top 5 SF: LBJ Durant Melo Pierce Granger
Top 5 PF: Nowitzki Gasol Duncan Amare Garnett
Top 5 Centers: Dwight Jefferson Lopez Horford Noah

Agree with Mr. Stephens list above, but I dont see Roy being a top 5 sg anymore with his injuries

Agree with Mr. Stephens list above, but I dont see Roy being a top 5 sg anymore with his injuries I agree. I'd put Manu in there right now. Man is the crop of 2's in the league fading/getting old.

Yeah it is, once Allen goes, it gets really weak. There isnt too much in young talent at the position either. Evans looked promising, but has struggled this year

Evans B-Ball IQ is so low. Chicken with his head cut off far too often.

What other sg's are out there? Evans has to be considered one of the better up and coming sg's but that doesnt say much for the position

There's some guys the jury is still out on, like Harden, Henry, Mayo, DeRozan, but yeah, it's slim pickins really.
I used to think the Bulls definitely needed to upgrade their 2 but really, what's out there? I think a Brewer/Bogans/Korver three-headed monster will do just fine once the team's back at full strength.

Landry Fields has impressed me a bit. I don't think he's gonna be a top 5 guard in the NBA or anything (although I'm willing to bet most Knicks fans will claim he already is, damn nuts) but there's something there. Kinda reminds me of Doug Christie a bit.

I thought Brewer would've played a bigger role with them. As for Harden, Derozan and Mayo they all show glimpses at times, but it's iffy at best. Derozan has the best opportunity

Well Brewer is starting to get the bulk of minutes. He works the passing lanes like nobody's business, reminds me of Nate McMillan a bit. He got off to a slow start because of some injuries. Bogans minutes are starting to dip and we're starting to see more Brewer and Korver out there. I like Brewer but I cringe whenever he shoots a 15-17 footer.

Brewer is the perfect fit I think, but he needs to improve his shot. Teams leave him open and double on Boozer and Rose. Never have been a big fan of Bogans

I used to think they absolutely needed to have a sharpshooter out on the perimeter if Rose and Deng were starting but really, those two are starting to hit some bombs. What's gonna kill them is if they don't find someone outside of Boozer/Rose/Deng to put the ball in the hoop. That's where I was hoping Korver would come in. Doesn't have to put up 15-20 a night, just pitch in when one of those three have an off night.
Brewer's never gonna have a jumper, he's got that arm bone thing. Will never be able to put an accurate consistent arch on the ball.

If there is one Knick fan that believes Landry is top five, Id be amazed. Bulls need a healthy Azubuike for Thibs.
As for this year I would just start Korver, once the team is healthy he is their best option I believe.

Thats right I forgot about that. He doesnt need to score if he plays defense like he has in the past. Noah has chipped in which helps, they need some consistent bench scoring and that's where they need Korver to do what he did in Utah. Gibson has played well for them though.

A Barbosa or a House would be perfect off the bench for the Bulls. Start Brewer and let the other come off the bench for the bench scoring they need. As for Landry, He's nice but not even close to top 5

Well House is obviously unavailable, hehe. I don't see how they'd be able to match up to Barbosa's salary without giving up Luol.
If they upgrade, it's gonna be either through the bargain bin or it's gonna be for someone that's still making peanuts (rookie contract). The name OJ Mayo keeps popping up but I don't see how that possibly happens. I'd be willing to bet a considerable amount that they try and get it done with Korver/Brewer this season and use their MLE in the offseason to address that gap.

I don't Barbosa would cost much, maybe add a third team into the deal, something like the Raptors ending up with Mayo, Barbosa to the Bulls, some picks or young players to Memphis. I can see them adding another sg in the off season though, as really its their only position where they struggle right now.
