When the Knicks have something the Nuggets want? and then the Nuggets will let him walk in FA 2011. And all they'll get is a Trade Exception

im sure the nuggets will trade him for the best shit they can get by trade deadline.. makes sense for them to hold off now to try to get maximum value but a trade will go down because they saw what the raps and cavs had to deal with.

And all they'll get is a Trade Exception Gotta consider this... the CBA is going to go through major changes next season so he WILL be extending somewhere this season, whether it be New York or Denver. He'll be out MILLIONS of dollars should he sit on his hands and become a free agent next season. He picked a shitty offseason to become a free agent. Hell, they might not even play next season.

Yeah football is fucked. That commissioner is friggin' nuts.
I think we'll see basketball next year but there might not be much of a preseason. In the end, Stern isn't gonna allow it to happen. Both sides will make concessions and they'll play.

I mean, who knows. With the amount of money both the NBA and NFL bring in each year for themselves, not to mention the franchise tags and team logo's on t shirts, hats, any apparel you can think of. This could be an economic meltdown like we've never seen, all from a lockout in two sports.
One can argue that the NFL is simply the biggest source of revenue this nation has at the moment, with betting, fantasy sports, apparel, television contracts, advertising... you name it, it can somehow be linked with the NFL. Now imagine, all that suddenly stops for an entire season.
Mayhem.

A world owned by baseball, hockey, and soccer... gross +1 It's incredible how little attention this is getting from the nation. It's like a household with 5 kids - take the primary income out, and it's famine

There's still reports that they have an agreement pending an extension. Not likely but you never know.

beginning 2nd quarter...
Gallinari (whom I have in fantasy), gets hit on a 3pt shot. Misses ALL THREE FREE THROWS
fast forward, Knicks lose by 2
