The 1999 season and playoffs are over! And what a playoffs it has been.

Congrats to the Hornets for a surprising season as well--led by rebirth, and then by styro, they beat all expectations.
So now that the season stuff is over, the following will happen:
RE-SIGNINGS: These are due by 10 PM tonight, unless all GMs signify that they don't intend on re-signing anyone else. In that case, I'll move everything up to about 8:30 PM EST.
OWED PICKS: These will be moved once we officially roll into the offseason.
SALARY CAP for 2000 will be posted TODAY while at work.

Trading is reopened, but I can't process until we roll into offseason in the league file.
