it was weird, i feel like everyone wanted me to fire him, but his team was making the playoffs every year, and it was kinda sporadic with his activity, but when he called it quits I was like, um okay. His team was doing well in spite of him. It's like the Bulls the last two seasons under Del Negro. He wasn't helping their cause but by doing NOTHING he wasn't hurting it too much. That's been the talk about Bargnani lately. That his offense sometimes outweighs how bad his defense is, whereas somedays his defense is so bad, 50 points couldn't counteract.

I mean, no offense, because I'm a Carolina fan, but if you're trying to win with just players that you like in real life, you're not going to get too far. I hope this treat doesn't go unnoticed I guess I should have been more specific. I am not a fan of all the players on my team, only Felton and Beans really. I know that having a roster of guys you like wont get you anywhere.

2 nice pieces for the Lakers and a big 3 of Duncan/Garnett/Tmac...Scary. Awesome trade for both.

I wanted younger guys on rookie deals but I feel like I got fair value for Duncan. He's been far and away the best big in this league the last 4-5 seasons and could have very well been the best player in the league too. I just had a lot of scoring around, he didn't get as many touches offensively.
I'll miss him and his 20+, 25+ rebound and 8+ block nights greatly.

I won't be surprised if Duncan becomes a 13/13/3 type big, and Garnett goes up to 25ppg again with Kirilenko gone.

I am so so sorry clippersGM I usually dont this and I hate doing this. But I had to say something. Your team will not have any cap space next year to improve your squad and all of your players are not that good. Trust me I had Caron Butler for a season and shipped his ass out. Unless some how John Wall does come out this year and hes like A+ A+ A+ A+ A- I dont see your team improving at all. You should have kept your pick and you could have landed another UCLA player in Westbrook. Sorry for the rant so Im done for atleast this season.

That's wierd - that is exactly how I was going to open my post amanuel...
I'm normally not the one to bitch and moan but holy shit... not sure what the benefit is trading an equally talented Sergio PLUS A PICK (next years!!) for Conley... I'm actually disappointed Ray didn't step in and say/do something. That trade made ZERO sense, especially with such a suspect future.
Rule #1 about preseason: Carry around your saltshaker because it's usually quite bitter.

yea no clue how the team will be ready to roll next year when it doesn't really have a #1 or #2 option on it with a lot of bad contracts.
Love's gonna have to turn into a mega stud p much

I think Conley could be good if hes in the right setting. He needs players to pass the ball to, and right now the clips dont have the options for Conley to put up the assist numbers. Maybe if Young wasn't in the Dleague. They need a scorer in a bad way.

How is Sergio any less talented than Conley?

Won't be laughing when it takes 6 weeks to find a new Clippers GM because the team's a vacant wasteland.

Mike Conley Jr. has name value? I was going to say, maybe around his draft year. But over the past few years he hasn't, this year he's been a bit better

Just my two cents..
The Clippers used an invalid DC for sim 1..and it was allowed.. Love/Love is not valid according to the DC rules..

Harrison Barnes - Worry about your own team. Just bringing it to the surface since everyone has to follow the same rules and yet that slides, but in the past when others have tried that DC format they got spoken to.

I was hoping for more from Conley during the Past TC, but PG's in this league are odd. Some develop out of nowhere and some just take time. Conley was the sixth pick so I was hoping for more when I took the chance on him. I do agree I got the better of the deal, but like anyone else in this league a little money goes along way. Sergio strikes me as someone who will decline next TC because he is a DL product.

But come to think of it The Clippers suck so bad that any DC format they use couldnt help them. Guess thats what happens when you put a solid player in the DL.
