Draft Scouting day is today, Tues Aug 9

Remember to post your spending in the bank thread, and then PM me to ask what you want to see

No scouting once the draft starts (at 9 PM EST)

also, the Draft File isn't 100% done, but all that really needs to be done is the 2nd round scrubs. So for the most part, the main guys are there
