Used to chew a lot when I played hockey, roadies on the bus are brutal unless you have something to do. Bandits aren't bad, just recently got into redman. I don't mind the odd dip now, but I've definitely cut down

Personally I used to chew grizzly, but I stopped after my gums started to mess up. Now they are back to normal but I got really scared. I been clean for about 1 year now, I tried the mint free tobacco one to get off my addiction of chew. It's really not that bad and I'd recommend that to anyone trying to get off.

Personally I stopped cold turkey, and just tried to throw in sunflower seeds when I craved. Wasn't too bad, after a week my cravings went away. And now I can throw one in every once and a while without getting back on the wagon

Never could chew, although I smoke - I hate the tingly mouth feeling. I'd rather do cocaine if that were to happen.

alternated between dip and smokes for a while but finally went cold turkey on both 2 months-ish ago. feels great.. surprised to see so many bacco users on here lol
