wcubmac....looky looky he's the GM of the Bulls now
....what about the guys that avoided CY successfully? look at robby and mgcoug for example. both have turned their teams around and are legit contenders
You guys really want to ditch the system? THINK ABOUT IT AS A WHOLE FOR A SECOND. It works.

If you dont want to ditch thats perfectly fine with me but atleast think about tweaking the system. For an example if the GM is active (like wcubmac) but his team just hit a rough patch you should have a commitiee to look over his file and make the judgment off that. By kick people out without looking over a few things seems kind of a robot move. I know if I fucked up and I got kicked out I probably wouldnt want to come back in the same league. But your the boss here, this is world, and if you dont agree with me its all good.

imo we're good for at least another 10-15 seasons. ray has done a amazing job running this league.. i think the best part of being in this league is knowing that it'll last, so even if you do fuck up and get stuck in mediocrity,trade picks you shouldn't, or accidently overpay someone there will always be a opportunity for you to boucne back and recover.
theres guys like bron etc who are still in their prime. we just had a awesome draft with some big names.. eventually im sure we'll go retro and it will be fun times
oh and imo the CY thing is brilliant, it prevents someone from rebuilding for forever - which imo is cheating
