Denver Nuggets
Austin Rivers
The Nuggets are slated to have the first pick in the draft, coming off a season in which they struggled to score the ball they select Austin Rivers. Rivers has the potential to lead the league in scoring one day, he is a dynamic shooting guard. He can score in a ton of ways and he should fit in well with Griffin.
Indiana Pacers
Perry Jones
Another team that struggled to score the ball, the Pacers take the dynamic forward in Perry Jones. Jones is among the elite 6'10 class of forwards who can handle the ball, score it from the outside and put it on the floor and take it to the rim. Jones needs a center that can help him down low and the Pacers have that in Biyombo.
Phoenix Suns
Michael Gilchrist
The Suns have an interesting roster of young talents and have a few guys on their draft board that would fit in well. The Suns already have Cousins, Thompson and Kemba meaning that Teague and Sullinger slide down the board. Gilchrist is a prospect that can come in and make an immediate impact and improve the team play here.
LA Lakers
Jared Sullinger
Sullinger has a massive frame and injecting that into any front court is deadly. Pair with him Bynum down low and the Lakers suddenly have a very nice starting five. Between Cook, DeRozan, Bradley and Bynum the Lakers need that final piece and Sullinger should be it. He is one of the few players in this draft that comes ready to contribute in the paint.
LA Clippers
Marquis Teague
The Clippers over the years have proven that they will taken talent, regardless of the position. Teague is a dynamic guard who can score in a ton of ways and is part of the new school of guards. His defense is already there and he can handle the ball, the Clippers can mold him as a two because they already have Ricky Rubio to run the team.
Dallas Mavericks
Anthony Davis
The Mavericks attempt to swing for the fences with this pick, Davis is a late bloomer who is really shooting up the boards. Like Perry Jones, he is 6'10 and plays like a guard. Davis was a guard for many years until he hit a growth spurt, which is precisely why he needs to bulk up. However he brings a game that can by dynamic. With the Mavericks roster, they can afford to be patient.
New York Knicks
Harrison Barnes
The Knicks are another team with a lot of young talent so they can afford to take the best available player. We feel that Vesely can make the switch to power forward and allow Barnes to come in and start from day one. Barnes is one of the few prospects in this draft that can start and actually contribute from day one.
Toronto Raptors
LeBryan Nash
The Raptors have started to retool the team last year and that process continues with the selection of Nash. Nash is a small forward who can run the team, a real point forward type prospect that is always in demand. He is only twenty years old and has a ton of potential, he should be able to play some shooting guard for the team.
Detroit Pistons
Patric Young
The Pistons completely revamped their team last year and they add another piece that should be dynamic. Young is a high flyer who can jump out the gym, evident by the way he attacks the boards for the rebounds. By pairing him with Irving and Williams you are talking about a core that can grow up and become a force. To round that out they still have the Hammer and Thabo.
Milwaukee Bucks
Festus Ezeli
The Bucks need to bring in a big man to provide some help down low for Bargnani and Melo. Festus Ezeli is one of the better big man prospects in this draft and should be able to play that enforcer role. He is a little older than a few of the prospects but he still has a ton of potential and room to grow. He has a massive frame, good feet and feel for the game.
Chicago Bulls
Myck Kabongo
This pick hasn't changed at all because we still feel that Kabongo is a prospect that is perfect for the Bulls. He knows how to run a team, he knows when to pick his spots and he involves his teammates. He brings a defensive intensity that you love to see from your point guard. Kabongo should be a lock to go here.
Golden State Warriors
Jordan Hamilton
The Warriors are in a good position to have someone fall to them, this time it's Hamilton. Hamilton can come into this franchise and provide them with a go to scorer from day one, something they will need as they pray Stackhouse retires and who knows the future of Yao. They might look into trading the Pac Man and this team is starting fresh. Hamilton is a good first piece to add.
Cleveland Cavaliers
Fab Melo
The Cavs just need a little push to get over the hump, we feel that can be Melo. Melo gives this team another huge body that would allow Curry to slide over to the four. Having these two guys on the court at the same time allows them to take up a huge amount of space and they compliment each other well. It's the same logic of Curry and Chandler on the court at the same time, hopefully it can work for the Cavs.
