For those new to us, every season I release two lists for the draft. One is the list of 100% confirmed players for the draft and one is a list of "wild cards". Each prospect is assigned a wildcard number (1 through however many there are). Throughout the regular season and into the post-season, I run a random number generator to decide who declares for the draft, and who is going back to school. (this method is similar to Brian's "AIM Dice" method...it's all RNG anyway).
Think of the Wild Card as the draftees "decision" whether or not to return to school or to declare for the draft. Pretty plain and simple.
