It's a good thing that Avery Bradley is going back to Texas. He needs to improve in some areas, especially his PG skills if he wants to be a more complete player. He can really shine next year as one of the nation’s top players, barring any injuries.
HS All-Americans Brandon Knight and Kyrie Irving are going to top-notch NCAA programs, so the spotlight will be on them all year.
Many are questioning why Patrick Patterson of Kentucky decided not to declare, given that almost all his teammates (Wall, Cousins, Bledsoe, Orton) declared too. Maybe he can step up his game and finish strong in his senior season. Or the idea of Him and B.Knight doing big things was alluring? He wasn't a guaranteed lotto selection anyway, so maybe he can bring up his stock for next year.
Jimmer Fredette, good move. Although, don't know how much higher his stock can be.
Derrick Caracter needs some growing up to do. Maybe he can do that in another year at UTEP.
Finally, Xavier Henry of Kansas says he's going back to school. He could have been a high pick, but too wasn't a lotto guarantee. I'm sure some team might have taken a gamble at him. Again, has a chance to showcase his skills next year.
