If it's to keep on going, here's what I was thinking...
a) One player per season can go into D-League for each team. b) That one player is entitled to the +5 potential, but the experience doesn't go to 0 after that season. If the player is on your roster, then he is in the league. c) + 2 to TWO categories. No more, no less. d) The player that is sent will receive one extra camp in his career. e) If the player is sent down for one more season, the cost of his next camp is cut in half.
Any ideas, feel free. The system now though seems a little too strong though...

The only things I would change are the player has to stay in all season to receive the points and only 1 player per year.

No offense to Will but, Brad Newley To be fair though Brad Newley's not 100% to do with the dleague, his biggest improvement came in his first tc before he was sent down and the second time he was sent down he didn't improve. First time he was sent down his inside and outside went up 1 cat. Saying that, I do think that the dleague setup does need changing somewhat, for starters like kmatrixg I think the player has to stay in all season to receive the points.

yeah but that's not realistic...kids get called up from the D-League all the time in the NBA

I'm not sure about elliminating Call-ups ...what if your team was almost right at the Hardcap (see: Boston), get 1 or 2 major injuries, and signing another FA would put you over? If I were that team, I'd rather call-up my Dleaguer to get a chance to get some PT without having to go over HC

i think from here on out, I'll add the +2's only after a player has spent 3 total sims in the DLeague.
and only one player AT A TIME (i.e., you can call him up, assign someone else at ASW. OR: if you trade for another D-League player, you gotta choose which one stays in the Dleague and who gets activated)

i'm considering eliminating the experience factor. Like Brandon suggested, if he's on your roster, he's on your team. no more resetting to 0 the next offseason. I'm gonna roll with that.
