I'm personally against it unless it's someone under like 20. We already have too many options in these leagues that are unrealistic.

well, people don't stop growing until like 26 - 27, so it's not that unrealistic. There are plenty of people who have grown a few inches throughout their careers. But, I'm cool for the 20 and under thing as long as we can have the option.
