James Posey - C+ B+ D+ B+ C+ C (LLE signing)
Luther Head - C A- B- B+ D+ C
Daniel Ewing - C A- A- B+ C- C (MLE signing)
Kirk Hinrich - C B+ B- A- D+ C

If it is a younger guy that I really like I'll consider moving Mike Conley in the deal
