Jaokim Noah* C 7'0'' 223 20 C+ D C- B B A Probably the most sought after center in this years draft, Noah does everything a coach wants his starting center to. His defense is very advanced, as is his rebounding ability. The most awkward looking shot in the league, and he hasn't even been drafted. Noah is quick, strong and can jump - making him the ultimate athlete standing at a lean 7 feet tall. Many are expecting him to develop into a perennial all-star within a few years. His offensive game is nothing to brag about, but he does everything else very well which overshadows his awkward shot and hesitation around the basket.
Josh Boone C 6'10'' 240 22 C+ D C- C+ B- A Great passer, but awful hands. Turnover prone. Good rebounding ability. Strong and fairly athletic. Decent defender that will block some shots, but won't turn it into a party. Has potential to work on his offensive game and be a nice bench player.
Ryan Hollins C 7'0'' 230 22 C+ D+ D- B C+ B High flying 7 footer. Very athletic with incredible shot blocking instincts. Needs to work on rebounding the ball. Could get stronger to fill out his huge frame. Has a decent jumper, better than most other centers in the class.
Solomon Jones C 6'10'' 225 22 C+ D D- B C+ B Strong athletic center with great shot blocking ability. Tenacious defender. Good rebounding instincts, but could be better. Not very quick. No jumpshot at all. Gets good positioning for putbacks and this is normally the only way he will score the ball.
Hilton Armstrong C 6'10'' 240 22 C+ D F+ B- B- B Incredible strength for his size. Great shot blocker. Was a cornerstone for Connecticut teams for the past 4 years. Very mature, but many question how much better he will actually get already at 22 years old. Despite being an intimidating shot blocker, is pretty bad defending players 1 on 1, so he needs to work on his reaction time and quickness.
Kosta Perovic C 7'2'' 240 20 C+ C C- C+ B- B Very capable post scorer. Good jumpshot with SSBL range. Will block shots, but has trouble guarding stronger opponents. Needs to get stronger. Not athletic, but makes up for it with good positioning when rebounding.
Mouhammed Saer Sene C 7'0'' 240 20 C D+ F+ B C+ B Great potential to be something good in the league. One of the best shot blockers to come into the league in quite some time. No offensive game at all, but sets a mean pick that a dumptruck wouldn't want to meet with. Great on the offensive glass. Needs to get stronger - very frail and long, with no muscle mass at all. Not a great athlete. Very slow feet, and no vertical leap.
Chiekh Samb C 7'1'' 215 20 C D F+ B- C+ B In a class full of excellent shot blockers, Samb takes the cake. His timing on blocking shots is unparalleled and he could be a defensive force from his first day in the league. He has been rumored to be a favorite draft target by the Celtics, and would probably fit right in, as his offensive game is very raw and undeveloped. His footspeed greatly affects his ability to defend a man on the wing, but does a pretty decent job on the drive. Great offensive rebounder. Samb is a very high risk/high reward type player.
