Version 2.0 is here with draft notes of some changes made. Some guys have seen their stock fall, while others have seen theirs rise.

Draft Notes
Sacramento grabs the #1 spot in our projections. The Kings GM is using a 2 PG combo in the backcourt. They could use a true SG like Brandon Roy, but we just don't see how they pass up bigs like Al Jefferson or Andrea Bargnani, since the PF spot is more of a glaring weakness for them.
Milwaukee jumps up to #3. They continue to falter, but do you think they mind? Looking at their roster, they are full of young guys. They aren't weak at any position. They have tried to unload Boozer, but he is still very young and promising. If they go in a different direction at PF Horford could be the guy here. Another option could be Rajon Rondo, but TJ Ford looks to be the PG there for years to come. Milwaukee will definitely change the landscape of the draft with their pick.
Philadelphia sticks at #4 and has a tough choice here. they currently have a 2 PG blackcourt, like Sacramento., If they get id of Parker, who they have tried doing so diligently as of late, then a SG goes here. Brandon Roy is the obvious choice. We feel they go big here and that leads us to them grabbing Joakim Noah.
Utah slides down to 5 and the obvious choice is Roy here. They lack a true scorer and Roy will step in right away and be that for them. IF Roy slips this far, look for Utah to get alot of praise for grabbing such a steal.
Miami could grab a solid player at #10. Tyrus Thomas, who was accidentally left off of our mock last time enters it at the Hear selection. Thomas could fill a need for the Heat at either SF or PF. Their frontcourt is full of players who could jump to FA. With what looks to be no cap to play with drafting a potential starter here is key for the Heat. Thomas could step in and be that guy for them.
The player previously slated to go to Miami, Paul Millsap has seen his stock drop. He is currently slated to go 20th to Washington. Millsap is a solid player but not sure he is lottery worthy.
One player who has seen his stock is Duke forward Shelden Williams. Scouts love the overall game by Williams and think he could very well stick around the lottery. He is a senior, so he has the basketball IQ that will translate well to the big league. His rebounding and defensive skills are above average,. he has solid post moves, but could work a bit on his outside shot. A team drafting in the late lottery wouldn't hurt themselves by drafting Williams.
Andray Blatche has seen his draft stock fall. He was projected as a lottery bound selection last mock, but has since fallen into the 20s. Scouts say he is young and some deem him very raw. He is a few seasons away from being anything. He could very well see his progression boost with a trip to the DLeague. A team drafting in the 20s could stash him there, if they don't need an immediate contributor.
Leon Powe has fallen out of the first round. He could sneak into the late 1st round come draft time, but we here at SSBL Times feel he is best served as an early 2nd round selection.
Ronnie Brewer, another player left off the mock, sees himself enter with the final pick in the round. He could go anywhere from 15-29, so no one knows exactly where he could fall. He is a very versatile player and could help a team in a couple seasons.
