I can't wait to hear the boos.
I got money on cleveland too. They're going to whip Miami's ass.

I'd watch but Dany Heatley's going back to Ottawa so I'll be tuning elsewhere. My apologies to the non hockey fans here, Heatley needs some attention too. ;D

Lol, you thinking some nasty fights or what? I can see a couple nice fights coming, there seemed to be quite a few ex teammates who were not very happy with him.

Yeah that was some melodramatic shit he pulled. Reminded me of Vince Carter yeah teams give players too much leverage sometimes. If you are going to demand a trade, you should just accept the destination and deal with it.

That's what I say. These owners need to grow a pair - it's getting terrible in the NBA. Complete BS. These players are OWNED by the organization. For them to just demand shit is ridiculous, especially when they try to pry a franchises future away by telling them what or what they will not accept. As far as trade vetoing goes - beyond words.

yeah I mean its one thing to leave town when your contract expires, that is your right, but if you sign a contract with a team, you should honor that contract. There are plenty of players out there who understand this and respect it, but then there are far too many who completely disrespect the concept, especially in the NFL.

Especially the NFL. The fact that a team can completely destroy a contract, regardless of money is a reason why the league is falling apart IMO. If you worked for a boss that could terminate your contract if they felt like it, how much loyalty would you have? That's the problem with the league man.

So far, cleveland fans are going nuts. Kinda fun to watch. I can't wait to see a cup of beer soak LBJ when he goes to the bench.
Anyone remember 5 or 6 years ago when the browns lost to the Jags because of the refs? the chaos that ensued? beer bottles, boomboxes, chairs being thrown at the refs as they ran through the tunnel. It was the greatest display of anger i've ever witnessed in sports by fans..

Word is they took all the bottles and made the patrons fill drinks in styrofoam cups.
