i think Dave mad a mistake in his last PM...

2nd round decisions (cut or extend) must be done PRIOR to TC (that means before 10PM EST TONIGHT)

he said the deadline is preseason but preseason occurs AFTER TC, and the point is to decide on ur rookie BEFORE TC happens
