why does it still say Cavs are at $82,616,017

add up all year 1 salaries + cut players. it is $79,466,017
This obv has to do with me editing salaries, and how it doesn't count in the game....with Wcubmac buying out Marion, he shed 3,150,000 from his cap number. But the game read it as him shedding 6,300,000 from his cap number. This has definitely not been the first time. I thought a day had to pass for it to be updated but it did not get corrected.
In the game, I go to Franchise>Team Information and scroll to Cavaliers and it still says $82,616,017
