1: I require two young all-star caliber talents if you want Kobe. One of them had better be marquee too. Same goes for Shaqzilla.
2: Not really interested in adding salary past this season unless it's attached to a VERY good player.
3: Wouldn't mind an upgrade at SF and/or SG. Just keep in mind of note #2.
