With Training Camp mere minutes away - What are you all expecting? What do you want to happen? What are you worried about happening?
I'm worried about Kidd declining first and foremost. I think most of my players except for him are at the point of entering their prime, and therefore, the best points of their career. I'm expecting big things from Wade because he didn't get any better last season. I'm also hoping for Yao to up his rebounding a bit.. Other than that, everyone else could stay the same and I'd be happy.

Hopefully my youngsters like Bass and Beno improve a lot. Same goes for Kaman.

I'm hoping for gains on my first two pet projects. [The foreign people] Redd-KVH-Johnson-Ratliff stay the same at least. Maybe improved defense by Chandler. See how bad Martin can get.

interesting, Paul's Handles went down, but outside went up to a B. Ilic Disappointed huge, Defense, and rebounding down. McGrady's handles down, can live with that. Ginobili's defense went down but his outside went up. If Faumiti could get a little more defense he'll be a nice player, Diaz didn't do a thing. Terry's outside went up, Dalembert's defense went up. Turiaf another big disappointment doing nothing. Overall not that great of a training camp, rather disappointed actually. Was hoping for some improvements

Well that sucked. Theo lost rebounding. Chandler lost defense, but gained rebounding. KVH lost outside. Johnson lost outside. Redd lost outside.
Got things to ponder

Meh, mixed results, but it's not that bad. Kidd declined a bit which I expected, but it wasn't that bad. Pacman upped his IN but decreased in defense. Wade finally looks like a solid player with B A- B- A- C ratings. Yao's rebounding got better, but his inside went down. Abdur Rahim lost IN but gained rebounding. Tito Maddox is looking really nice, too bad we're not going to use him, but C+ B+ B+ B- D+ could be nice tradebait.
Rookies:
Samb didn't do much but I only picked him up because he had the chance to do something. Daniel Gibson is looking really nice, really nice for a 20 year old rookie 2nd round pick. And finally, Shawne Williams is BEASTIN! Axel Hervelle style!

Bad TC for Magic. Zimm, Peja, and Dickau stayed exactly the same
Webber went down, Strickland went down, Bogans went down, Taylor went down...yuck

Foye had an excellent TC. from C+ B- B- B- to C+ B+ B B. Happy with that Noah up in defense to B+ Wagner down in handles, but up in defense to an A Aldridge, eh..stayed the same, he's getting a camp Ersan improved his handles and defense, went down one inside though. Antoine Wright had a solid TC. If he gets some inside going, could be a Redd type player.
Solid, not spectacular.

Walker didnt change what so ever beside going from B to B- in rebounding Francis improved his handling from B to B+ Caron imrpoved his handling got worse on defense and his outside shooting -_- RONNIE PRICE is a very pleasant surprise his inside scoring got better, improved his outside game and his handling got better too. Brad Miller also got worse in 2 spots both inside scoring and handles
overall some got worse but not by alot. Ronnie Price made a big jump and Im thinking about sending him to the D-League to imrpove on his game even more.

Good: Swift refuses to be a bust, Blatche upped his D quite a bit and learned rebounding, and Agger looks really nice offensively. Biggest surprise by far was Cota, looks ballin B in A- out.
Bad: Not much of importance
Meh: Ariza/Lou/BG staying the same

Xue looks purty, nice to see Duncan go back up.
After that, a pile of puke. Nash and Pierce down x1, Finley x2. Was expecting Nash/Finley to dip but it's still disappointing. Still think this team is gonna be pretty friggin' tough though.

At this point there it appears that I have a frontcourt for the future if I can keep both Bynum and Okafor under contract for the long term.
Andrew Bynum pre TC: C+ D- D- A- B A Andrew Bynum post TC: B D- D- A- B A
Emeka Okafor pre TC: B- D+ D+ A- B B Emeka Okafor post TC: B D+ D+ A B+ C

Both Jamison and Hamilton improved their scoring which should help in that department but Billups dropping in Handling and McDyess in Defense just evens it out. The rest of the team went ...
Improved: Keon Clark Malik Rose Joel Freeland PJ Tucker
Stayed the Same: Jerome James Johnny Taylor Rashad McCants*
Dropped: Damir Markota Vassilis Spanoulis Omar Cook

As for my training camp, mixed reactions. Very pleased with Bargnani, Deng and Sampson both had good training camps too. Bad TC for my backcourt though, Martin dropped his defense and TJ stayed the same, was hoping for a nice improvement from those two.

Real nice TC for the Kings. Out of my 12 players, 9 improved, 2 stayed the same and only 1 went down.
Hightlights were Will Bynum, improved in FOUR categories, now looks like B- B B+ A- C- B. Brandon Roy improved his outside and defense, Amir Johnson improved his inside and defense, Josh Smith improved his inside and at 36 Zo's defense improved to A+.

Nice tc for the Heat Knight improved handles and rebounding Randolph improved inside, handling, rebounding. Still a defensive nightmare though. All Jeffersion improved handling, defense. Jones declined in inside and handles but that was expected. Nelson declined in handling

I figured Ollie dropped him which was weird because I remember he actually picked him.. Yeah no problem I cut him in the offseason cut/sign anyway.
