Sure Hamilton has a long and large deal but it ends just as he should be exiting his prime so he should hopefully hold up and remain serviceable until then. Vassilis becomes a part of the Nuggets long term plan as he is camp-able and D-league send able (and on a very cheap deal). the first is nice and should at worst land me another young project player to send to the D-league at the time.

I agree to the trade. its hard to lose Spanoulis but Hamiltons deal runs longer then I would've liked. With the emergence of West, I didn't feel he was necessary. Plus I needed to get the contract off the books before Amare, Okafor and Paul need new deals. Hopefully by 2008, Im competitive and that pick is low. Rose is a nice piece to add, plan on playing him as a super sub at the sg/sf positions
