Drafting another lotto pick is not a risk i am willing to take at the moment. Carmelo although his deal is expiring is a top player that should help the team win and fill the SF gap that has existed for several seasons.
Please put this in after the Bucks select a player with the 1st round pick so that the salary may be used to make the money's work. Will post the TE payment soon after.
