Kobe Bryant
Penny Hardaway
Chris Andersen
Allan Ray

Adding Kobe who's younger than Kidd was a no-brainer. I lose a hell of a lot of talent, but gain even more in clutchness and Kobe being a fucking superstar. I get Hardaway who's more than capable, either off the bench at 1/2/3 or as a starting 3.
